Beer and Pretzels Urban Combat (BAPUC) was my first attempt to publish a wargame. BAPUC was a skirmish game set in urban environments. The board, while designed myself, looked very much like the SPI game, Sniper. It used a card-based turn sequence. BAPUC was quite fun. The game was written while I was in high school, but it was published while I was a cadet. I can recall hearing people shouting during BAPUC games at the other end of the hallway.

The development of BAPUC was greatly assisted by Al Slisinger, Nick Cirocco, and others.
