Having had both operational military assignments, a variety of R&D assignments, and advanced degrees, I bring a unique set of technical and programmatic skills to any problem. Am currently involved in concept development, business development, and systems architecture work. Recently our company was awarded its first two patents, and I am the chief inventor of those technologies. Immediately prior to joining CESI, I was the deputy project director within the National Security Agency as a government civilian. My technically oriented assignments while on active duty with the army include: the Chief of the Commander’s Action Group for USCYBERCOM, military deputy director of the Army’s Communications and Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center, Chief of Staff of the Army’s Research, Development and Engineering Command, the Science and Technology Acquisition Corps Advisor (STACA) in U.S. Forces Iraq, Project Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), Army product manager for the One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF) simulation system, research scientist at both the Army Research Laboratory and the Information Technology and Operations Center, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the United States Military Academy, West Point. I hold bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in computer science as well as an MBA.
